Synthesis of magnetite-silica-carbon quantum dot nanocomposites for melatonin drug delivery

In targeted drug delivery, the is released at a specific and desired point condition. this research, magnetite cores (high saturation magnetization property (emu.g-159) were used to target system. First, nanoparticles synthesized by coprecipitation method from divalent trivalent chloride salts of iron (FeCl2 FeCl3), then mesoporous silicas (with pore diameter 13 nm) formed Stöber's tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) silica source on in spheres form. After that, carbon quantum dots hydrothermal citric acid their surface was immobilized dimethylamine which placed cavities physical adsorption method.
 The effective melatonin (6.46 mg per 100 system) also loaded system absorption release carefully determined dialysis bag simulated environment blood cancer tissue. gain be about 40%. results showed that loading done well with cores, releases 30% even under temperature conditions.
